Shipping policy
Shipping Policy
Effective date: May 14, 2026
Last updated: May 14, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through cutawaypoint.com and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Shipping territory
We currently ship only to accepted mainland United States addresses. Unless checkout expressly allows otherwise, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, PO boxes, freight forwarders, hotels, temporary addresses, or addresses outside the mainland United States.
2. Processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment is accepted. Processing times are estimates and may be longer during launches, promotions, high-volume periods, supplier delays, payment review, fraud checks, address verification, customs review, holidays, or logistics disruptions.
3. Delivery estimate and prompt shipment rule
Estimated delivery to the mainland United States is usually 7-14 business days after order processing, unless a different estimate is stated at checkout or on the product page. Business days exclude weekends, U.S. federal holidays, carrier holidays, customs delays, severe weather, logistics disruptions, and events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly state that a specific delivery date is guaranteed for a specific order. We use the processing and delivery estimates shown at checkout as our current good-faith estimates. If we cannot ship your order within the stated shipment timeframe, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate where available. Where required by applicable law, we will offer you the option to consent to the delay, cancel the order or affected item, or receive a refund for the unshipped item.
4. Fulfillment partners, shipping from outside the United States, and routing
Orders may be processed, packed, labeled, shipped, imported, cleared, transferred, or delivered by third-party suppliers, agents, manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers, customs brokers, carriers, postal operators, or other fulfillment partners. Products may ship directly from a supplier, manufacturer, warehouse, or logistics partner outside the United States, including China.
We may use different carriers, service levels, consolidation points, customs brokers, or fulfillment routes depending on Product availability, destination, tariffs, import rules, logistics conditions, and supplier arrangements.
5. Tracking
If tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or through the order page. Tracking events may take time to update, especially when packages transfer between suppliers, customs brokers, postal operators, last-mile carriers, or international logistics partners. A lack of tracking updates does not automatically mean the order is lost.
6. Shipping address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, deliverable, and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for delay, failed delivery, return-to-sender events, misdelivery, additional charges, customs holds, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, fraudulent, or undeliverable address information provided by you.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we can change an address after payment is submitted because orders may be sent quickly to suppliers, fulfillment partners, customs brokers, or logistics providers.
7. Important duties, taxes, customs, tariffs, and brokerage
IMPORTANT DUTIES-PAID SHIPPING NOTICE: Eligible orders shipped to the mainland United States are intended to be fulfilled using a duties-paid shipping method. This means standard import duties, import taxes, tariffs, customs processing charges, brokerage fees, carrier collection fees, and similar import charges known to us are intended to be included in the checkout total for eligible orders, unless the product page or checkout clearly states otherwise.
For this Shipping Policy, “eligible duties-paid orders” means orders accepted at checkout for delivery to a supported mainland United States address, unless the product page, cart, checkout, order confirmation, or customer support communication clearly states that a specific Product, route, address, or order is not duties-paid. Duties-paid shipping does not mean that a Product is legally duty-free, tariff-free, tax-free, customs-free, or exempt from import rules. It means standard import-related charges known to us are intended to be handled through the checkout total or fulfillment route for eligible duties-paid orders, rather than collected from you at delivery.
Some Products may ship from outside the United States, including China. For eligible duties-paid orders, standard import duties, import taxes, tariffs, customs processing charges, brokerage fees, carrier collection fees, and similar import charges known to us are intended to be handled through our supplier, logistics provider, customs broker, carrier, or fulfillment route before delivery to the customer.
You should not normally be asked to pay additional standard import-related charges on delivery for an eligible duties-paid order. If a carrier, customs broker, postal operator, or other party requests an unexpected import-related payment, contact us before paying so we can review the issue. We may ask for a copy or photo of the payment request, tracking information, carrier notice, invoice, receipt, or other information needed to investigate.
Duties-paid shipping does not cover costs caused by inaccurate customer information, unsupported addresses, freight forwarding, package forwarding, reshipping, refusal to cooperate with customs clearance, failed delivery, refused delivery, unclaimed packages, remote area charges, optional upgrades, or other circumstances outside standard duties-paid import handling, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Delays
If we become aware of a significant delay, we will provide updated information where reasonably possible. If the delay means we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide the notice, revised estimate, delay-consent option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law. Otherwise, delivery delays do not automatically create a refund right unless required by applicable law.
If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or if the delivery estimate has passed, contact us so we can review the order and, where appropriate, investigate with suppliers, customs brokers, carriers, or logistics partners.
9. Lost packages
If we determine that an order is lost or cannot be delivered, we may offer a refund, replacement, coupon, store credit, partial refund, reshipment, or other resolution, subject to applicable law. We may require reasonable time to investigate with suppliers, customs brokers, carriers, or logistics partners before deciding on a resolution.
10. Delivered but not received
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can investigate quickly. This reporting window does not limit any mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived. You should also check the delivery address, household members, neighbors, building reception, mailroom, parcel lockers, porch, garage, carrier notices, and delivery instructions.
We may assist with a carrier or logistics investigation. A carrier-confirmed delivery scan does not automatically qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for theft, incorrect customer address information, or packages marked delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law or unless we choose to provide a discretionary resolution.
11. Return-to-sender, refused, abandoned, or undeliverable packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, returned to sender, blocked by customs due to customer information, or undeliverable due to customer information, customer refusal, failure to collect, restricted destination, or circumstances outside our control, we may treat the order as final sale. Subject to applicable law, we may offer a coupon, partial refund, reshipment, store credit, or no resolution depending on the circumstances and costs incurred. If the refusal is caused by an unexpected import-related payment request on an eligible duties-paid order, contact us promptly so we can review the issue before any final resolution is decided.
12. Risk of loss
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, risk of theft, loss, misplacement, and damage passes to the customer when tracking shows delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.
13. Contact
Shipping questions may be sent to info@cutawaypoint.com.
14. Mainland U.S., forwarding, and restricted addresses
We currently ship only to mainland United States addresses accepted at checkout and may refuse or cancel orders involving unsupported, high-risk, forwarding, temporary, restricted, or undeliverable addresses.
If you use a freight forwarder, package forwarding service, reshipper, mail drop, virtual address, hotel, temporary address, parcel locker, third-party recipient, or other non-standard delivery arrangement, you do so at your own risk. Delivery to the address provided at checkout completes our delivery obligation to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if the package is later lost, delayed, refused, seized, damaged, returned, abandoned, misdelivered, or assessed additional charges after forwarding or transfer.
15. Pre-orders and delayed Products
If we accept a pre-order or order for a Product that is not immediately available, any estimated shipping, processing, release, restock, or delivery date is an estimate only unless we expressly state in writing that a specific date is guaranteed for that order.
If we learn that we cannot ship a pre-ordered or delayed Product within the stated timeframe, we will provide a revised estimate where available and, where required by applicable law, offer you the option to consent to the delay, cancel the affected item, or receive a refund for the unshipped item.
